• Receipt of Raw Material for main Pharma stores. • SAP data entries like GRN, Issuance, Transfer posting, reservations, SAP report generation etc. • To check the environmental parameters like Temperature, RH, pressure difference etc. • Daily verification of weighing balance and daily documentation. • Reconciliation of materials. Stock verification with internal and external auditors. • Maintain of Rack location in SAP as per physical. • Preparation of packing list and keep ready the material for Ethiopia. • Dispatch of material to Loan license and Ethiopia plant. • Handling of retest, rejected, expired materials. • Co-ordinate with quality control / production / maintenance /QA / SCM/ Purchase / Contract Mfg etc.depts. For smooth functioning of stores activities. • Compliance to cGMP with respect to regulatory standards. • Maintaining the proper housekeeping in Stores area. • Training attends as per schedule. • Revise or change the Store SOP for comply to any Audit/ for as per time schedule. • Material loading/loading of Rifampicin at Rifampicin mfg./store area. • As and when required goes to Cephalosporin & Penicillin area for un loading and loading Material. Management of stores activities for Raw and Packing materials. Storage, Dispensing & Dispatches of Raw materials in Cephalosporin Stores. Training to the Staff / workmen at their area of works as per SOP. To ensure Quality and cGMP compliance of the products being manufactured. • Receipt and Storage of Raw materials in Betalactum Store as per AVL. • Ensure proper segregation identification and labeling of Raw material & maintain location in SAP • 3. Monitoring and maintain the daily logs of various environmental parameters like temperature, RH, • Pressure difference in storage & dispensing area. • Verification of all weighing balances as per SOP and record the same in respective log. • Dispensing of Active Raw material for Betalactum block and Loan license as per SOP and make • other raw and packing material available for production from main pharma stores. • RM / PM staging area batch wise dispense material arrangement. • Physical stock verification & stock verification with internal & external auditors. • Co-ordinate with Quality control/ Production/ QA/ Purchase / Supply Chain / Maintenance etc. depts. • for smooth functioning of store activities. • Compliance to cGMP with respect to regulatory standards. • Maintain the proper housekeeping in store & dispensing areas. • Handling of retest, rejected, expired materials as per SOP. • Destruction of material as per SOP. • Return Packing Material check as per MRN and issue while next Production order. • To work as per SOP to meet USFDA, other regulatory requirements and face various Audits for • cGMP Compliances. • To verify & review periodically of SOP as per requirements & attend training programs.
