Position : International Voice process
Experience: 6 Months - 1 year
Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM (2nd and 4th Saturdays are off)(Australian Shift)
Location: Jain Sadguru Images Capital Park, 4th Floor, Office No. 409, Capital Park Road, VIP Hills, Madhapur, HITECH City, Hyderabad, Telangana 500081.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle international outbound and inbound calls professionally to engage with customers across global markets.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
- Identify customer needs and present relevant products or services to drive sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Maintain a positive, self-motivated, and target-driven approach in a fast-paced sales environment.
Preferred Candidates:
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Experience in international sales, lead generation, or customer support is preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be highly preferred
- Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to Hyderabad are preferred.
