Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic and people-oriented Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department and ensure that our human capital remains our greatest competitive advantage. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR practices and processes. You will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a high-performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, ensuring we attract and retain top-tier talent.
- Employee Relations: Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues; conduct internal investigations when necessary.
- Performance Management: Manage and improve the performance appraisal system to drive employee engagement and professional growth.
- Compensation & Benefits: Maintain pay plan and benefits programs; conduct periodic market research to ensure competitive packages.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management (labor laws, EEO, health and safety regulations).
- Learning & Development: Identify training needs for teams and individuals; monitor the effectiveness of training programs.
- Culture & Engagement: Nurture a positive working environment and implement initiatives that enhance employee morale and retention.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in Human Resources, with at least [2] years in a supervisory or management role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Certification: Professional certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR) is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills:
- Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and standard office software (Microsoft 365/Google Workspace).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
