About Us
We are a growing dental service provider with international operations. To support our growing operations, we are seeking a dedicated, experienced Dental Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day running of our Pala office in Kerala.
This is a hands-on managerial role suited to a dental professional (BDS) who is organised, proactive, and confident managing a small team and overseeing practice operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Pala office
- Manage the administrative team, workflow, and daily reporting
- Coordinate appointment scheduling, patient records, and treatment follow-ups
- Liaise with the International clinical team across time zones
- Maintain confidentiality, data integrity, and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement of internal processes and patient experience
What We're Looking For
- BDS or equivalent dental qualification (essential)
- Prior managerial or supervisory experience in a dental or healthcare setting (highly preferred)
- Based in Pala, Kottayam, or surrounding areas — must be able to commute to the office daily
- Available full-time from 4.30 AM IST onwards, with flexibility for occasional cross-time-zone communication with the Australian team
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Tech-savvy — confident with dental software, digital tools, and online platforms
- Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
