Position: NEET/JEE Faculty – Chemistry & Mathematics

About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated and result-oriented faculty members for Chemistry and Mathematics to train students preparing for NEET and JEE (Main & Advanced) examinations. The candidate should possess strong subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and a passion for mentoring students towards top ranks in competitive exams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for NEET/JEE aspirants.
- Develop strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, worksheets, question banks, and study materials.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Analyze student performance and provide personalized academic support.
- Guide students on exam strategies, time management, and effective preparation techniques.
- Stay updated with the latest NEET/JEE syllabus, exam patterns, and trends.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve learning outcomes and results.
Eligibility Criteria
For Chemistry Faculty
- M.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. & M.Sc. Chemistry
- Prior experience in NEET/JEE coaching preferred.
For Mathematics Faculty
- M.Sc. Mathematics / B.E. / B.Tech. with strong Mathematics background
- Prior experience in JEE coaching preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in NEET/JEE coaching.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching aptitude may also apply.
- Experience in integrated school programs will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong subject expertise and conceptual clarity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and motivate students.
