Salary: Up to 50,000/- ( Depends on Interview and Experience )
About the Role: We're looking for a Team Leader to manage a team and act as the key point of contact for our international clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team, driving performance and accountability
- Communicate with international clients via calls/emails/meetings
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve escalations
- Report updates to management and ensure smooth workflow
Requirements
- Master's degree (Maritime/Shipping background a plus)
- Up to 6 years' experience, incl. team-handling experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with international/client-facing roles
