Job Summary:
The Warehouse Incharge will be responsible for stock management, inventory accounting, inter-department coordination, and wastage control. The role ensures accurate tracking of materials, minimizing losses, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of materials
- Monitor stock levels and raise requisitions when required
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification
- Maintain stock data using Excel
- Reconcile physical stock with system records
- Maintain proper documentation (GRN, invoices, stock registers)
- Coordinate with accounts for stock reporting
- Coordinate with procurement for material availability
- Work closely with accounts for stock audits
- Align with operations/production teams for material requirements
- Track and record material wastage
- Identify discrepancies and report variances
- Implement measures to reduce damage, loss, or pilferage
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong arithmetic and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and accountability
- Basic understanding of inventory handling
Qualifications & Experience
- Any Graduate / Diploma
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
Compensation & Work Details
- CTC: ₹1.8 LPA – ₹2.4 LPA
- Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Days: Monday to Saturday
- Statutory Holidays: As per company policy
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
