Key Responsibilities:
- Handle offline government tenders from start to finish
- Manage GEM (GeM) portal — registration, bidding, order management
- Prepare and submit tender documentation accurately and on time
- Coordinate with internal teams for tender requirements
- Maintain records of all tender activities and deadlines
- Track upcoming tenders and maintain a tender calendar
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in tender handling
- Strong knowledge of GEM portal operations
- Experience in furniture/interior industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Attention to detail and deadline-oriented
