Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure smooth coordination between clients, advisors, and backend teams.
- Handle client inquiries professionally through calls, meetings, and digital communication.
- Assist in explaining financial and insurance products in a confident and client-friendly manner.
- Build long-term relationships with high-value and retail clients.
- Coordinate documentation, follow-ups, renewals, onboarding, and client servicing.
- Support business growth through relationship management and communication excellence.
- Maintain professional records, reports, and operational processes.
- Assist management in organizing client meetings, presentations, and investment discussions.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in insurance, banking, finance, wealth management, or customer relationship management preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional etiquette and confidence.
- Good voice quality and telecalling ability.
- Ability to handle clients with patience, maturity, and professionalism.
- Knowledge of financial products like mutual funds, insurance, PMS, AIF, or investment advisory will be an added advantage.
- Smart, organized, and capable of multitasking under professional work environments.
- Basic computer knowledge, CRM handling, email drafting, and MS Office proficiency required.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
