Job Description - Sales Manager : Agriculture Machinery
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with a strong in sales, preferably in the Agriculture sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating direct sales, handling dealer/distributor networks, and building strong customer relationships in the market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and field-visit skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales of agricultural machinery and equipment
- Conduct field visits and customer meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers
- Prepare sales reports and maintain customer records
- Coordinate with the production and service teams for customer support
Requirements:
- 1- 3 years of experience in agriculture machinery sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelors/Masters Degree - preferably in Agriculture, Marketing or Business related field
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
