Lead end-to-end Employee Lifecycle operations across Siemens AG, ensuring seamless delivery of HR Administration and Payroll services with a focus on compliance, employee experience, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. The role is responsible for overseeing employee data management, onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, payroll governance, statutory compliance, service delivery performance, and process transformation initiatives. Partner closely with P&O, business leaders and global stakeholders to drive standardization, automation, risk mitigation, and a high-quality employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
End-to-End Service Delivery Leadership

Own end-to-end Hire-to-Retire operations across ELC and Payroll processes for NAM and UK, ensuring seamless service delivery, compliance, and customer experience.

Accountable for operational performance, SLA/KPI achievement, payroll accuracy, service quality, employee experience, and regulatory compliance across all supported countries.

Drive operational stability while ensuring scalability of services to support organizational growth and transformation initiatives.

Lead service governance forums with Regional HR, Business Leaders, Payroll Providers, Compliance, and Digital HR stakeholders.

Provide strategic oversight of Payroll Operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, statutory reporting, taxation, benefits administration, and vendor management.

Drive payroll risk mitigation, audit readiness, SOX and compliance controls, and continuous process reviews.

Lead resolution of complex payroll escalations, regulatory issues, and cross-functional dependencies impacting payroll delivery.

Build and execute the H2R transformation roadmap, leveraging automation, AI, analytics, RPA, and self-service solutions to improve efficiency and employee experience.

Lead standardization and simplification initiatives across countries, reducing process variations and technical debt.

Drive continuous improvement culture utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, root cause analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

Act as strategic advisor to Regional HR Leadership, fostering trusted partnerships and influencing decisions in a matrix environment.

Lead governance reviews, operational health assessments, customer satisfaction reviews, and executive service performance reporting.

Partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Digital, IT, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to align operational priorities and transformation initiatives.

Build high-performing teams through talent development, succession planning, capability building, and performance management.

Establish a culture of accountability, operational excellence, innovation, and customer centricity.

Drive upskilling of teams in Workday, Payroll platforms, AI-enabled tools, analytics, and digital HR solutions.

Own service risk management framework, ensuring adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and country-specific labor legislation.

Implement proactive monitoring of operational risks and establish preventive controls to reduce escalations and compliance breaches.

Lead remediation of audit findings and establish sustainable corrective and preventive action plans.

Utilize workforce and operational analytics to identify trends, productivity opportunities, risk areas, and customer pain points.

Develop executive dashboards providing visibility into service performance, quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.

Drive transaction-based productivity improvements, cost optimization, and service delivery efficiency through data-led insights.

15+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Payroll Operations, Service Delivery, or Global Business Services environments.

Proven experience handling large-scale multi-country H2R and Payroll operations across complex, matrixed organizations.

Demonstrated success leading operational transformation, process standardization, automation, AI adoption, and digital HR initiatives.

Strong understanding of global payroll operations, compliance frameworks, controls, and audit requirements.

Experience handling senior stakeholders and governance forums at executive leadership level.

Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, Organisational Change, or Digital Transformation certifications preferred.

Strong commercial foresight with experience handling budgets, productivity targets, and operational cost optimization.
