Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Supermarket Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supermarket store operations
- Lead and motivate store staff to achieve business targets
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction
- Handle inventory management, stock control, and merchandising
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and store compliance
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth operations
- Drive sales growth and achieve monthly revenue targets
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards in the store
