We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for non-technical positions.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates from job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Schedule interviews with clients/managers
- Follow up with candidates till joining
- Maintain recruitment records
Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Basic recruitment knowledge
- Experience in non-IT hiring preferred
- Ability to work on multiple positions
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
