Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support in CAD-based software applications in 2D and 3D environments.
Identify and document functional differences between our software and other CAD platforms.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Technical Support:
Provide first-line technical support to clients and internal users. Assist users in troubleshooting installation, licensing, and usage-related issues. Offer guidance on transitioning from AutoCAD or other CAD tools to our software. Stay up-to-date with the latest AutoCAD software updates and industry standards

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
