About the Role
Payplex Group is seeking a strategic and analytical finance leader who aspires to become the Chief Financial Officer (CFO). As a Future CFO, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy, business planning, investment decisions, and sustainable growth across the organization. You will work closely with executive leadership to strengthen financial governance, improve profitability, optimize business performance, and support long-term expansion.
Key Responsibilities
● Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term vision and business objectives.
● Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation across business units.
● Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital to ensure financial stability and sustainable growth.
● Analyze financial performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
● Establish and maintain financial controls, accounting standards, and company-wide financial SOPs.
● Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation laws, audits, and corporate governance policies.
● Drive cost optimization initiatives while improving operational efficiency and maximizing returns.
● Evaluate business investments, expansion opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and capital expenditure proposals.
● Collaborate with department heads to align budgets, financial goals, and operational plans.
● Build financial models, business cases, and investment strategies for new initiatives.
● Manage banking relationships, investor communications, fundraising activities, and financial partnerships.
● Develop risk management frameworks to minimize financial, operational, and compliance risks.
● Lead digital finance transformation through ERP systems, automation, financial analytics, and reporting tools.
● Mentor and develop finance teams while promoting accountability, transparency, and performance excellence.
● Present financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, and strategic insights to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
● CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
● Professional certifications in Financial Management, Corporate Finance, or Risk Management are an added advantage.
Experience
● 8–15 years of progressive experience in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Strategy, Investment Management, or Financial Leadership.
● Minimum 3–5 years managing finance teams or leading strategic financial initiatives.
● Experience in Technology, FinTech, SaaS, E-commerce, Manufacturing, or Enterprise Organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
