�� Job Summary
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting property presentations and site visits, and achieving sales closures in alignment with company targets and growth objectives.
�� Key Responsibilities
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales, references, digital leads, and field activities.
2. Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate project information, pricing, and investment guidance.
3. Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits for prospective clients.
4. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
5. Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion ratios.
6. Maintain updated records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems
Coordinate with marketing and customer support teams for lead management and customer satisfaction.
7. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
8. Ensure achievement of individual and team sales targets.

3. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred
