About the role
Learning Cave is looking for dedicated, qualified tutors for in-person home tutoring across Pune. We need tutors for all subjects — including Science and Commerce — across all boards (CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB, IGCSE) and all classes, from primary through senior secondary, as well as competitive exam preparation (JEE, NEET, foundation-level).
This is a strictly offline, in-person role — tutors travel to students' homes for sessions in and around Pune.
Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, well-prepared tutoring sessions at students' homes
- Track student progress and share regular feedback with parents
- Maintain punctuality and professionalism in all sessions
Requirements
- Graduate/postgraduate degree in the relevant subject
- Prior tutoring or teaching experience preferred (PRT/TGT/PGT experience welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness and ability to travel to student locations within Pune
- Flexible availability, including weekends
