We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to own our online presence across search and social channels. Beyond traditional SEO and social media, the ideal candidate will bring awareness of generative AI-driven search behaviours (AEO/GEO), use AI tools to accelerate content and reporting workflows, and translate data into clear monthly progress reports with actionable recommendations.Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute on-page SEO strategies including keyword research, meta optimisation, internal linking, and technical audits
- Build and manage off-page SEO campaigns, including link building, digital PR, guest posting, and citation management
- Create high-quality, SEO-optimised content: blogs, landing pages, email copy, and social creatives
- Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and other relevant platforms
- Produce structured monthly performance reports covering SEO rankings, organic traffic, social engagement, and conversion trends
- Identify gaps, flag risks, and propose concrete improvement actions within each monthly review cycle
- Optimise content for Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO) structured data, featured snippets, and FAQ formats to capture AI-driven answers
- Apply Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) principles to ensure brand visibility within AI-generated search results (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity)
- Leverage generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Jasper, etc.) to speed up content ideation, drafting, and repurposing workflows
- Conduct competitor and algorithm-change analysis; adapt strategy proactively
- Collaborate with designers, product, and sales teams to align messaging and campaigns
RequirementsMust have
- 2-4 years in a digital marketing role
- Hands-on on-page and off-page SEO experience
- Proficiency in GA4, Search Console, SEMrush / Ahrefs
- Strong written communication skills
- Experience producing structured performance reports
- Social media platform management experience
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of GenAI tools for content
- AEO / GEO exposure or curiosity
- Schema markup & structured data implementation
- Google Ads or Meta Ads experience
- Basic HTML / CMS knowledge (WordPress)
- Looker Studio dashboard building
