We are looking for a people-first Team Manager to lead, coach, and support a high-performing team of [Insert Department, e.g., Software Engineers / Customer Success Specialists]. In this role, your success isn't just measured by your individual output, but by the growth, engagement, and productivity of your team. You will act as the bridge between upper management's strategic goals and the daily execution of your team, ensuring everyone has the tools, clarity, and motivation they need to succeed. Key Responsibilities People Leadership & Coaching: Conduct regular 1-on-1s, provide constructive feedback, and map out clear career development plans for individual team members. Operations & Delivery: Oversee daily workflows, assign tasks based on individual strengths, and ensure projects are delivered on time and up to quality standards. Goal Setting & Performance: Translate company objectives into measurable team goals (KPIs/OKRs). Track performance metrics and step in with coaching or course-correction when needed. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact for your team, collaborating with other department leads to unblock dependencies and align on larger initiatives. Hiring & Onboarding: Partner with HR to recruit, interview, and seamlessly onboard new talent to foster a diverse and inclusive team culture.
