Role Overview
The mandate is to build a predictable, conversion-led influencer acquisition engine for Research Ayu. You will own the complete funnel-from sourcing and content architecture to paid amplification and offline attribution-with a singular focus on Clinic Visit Conversions and revenue efficiency.
Primary Success Metrics: Cost Per Visit (CPV), Lead-to-Visit rate, and Influencer-level ROI (not reach or engagement).
Core Responsibilities
1. Performance-Driven Sourcing & Commercials
- Engine Building: Scale a structured sourcing engine using tools like Modash, HypeAuditor, and Upfluence.
- Rigorous Auditing: Move beyond vanity metrics to evaluate audience proximity to clinics, intent signals, engagement quality (saves/shares), and growth trends.
- Scoring & Selection: Maintain an internal Influencer Scoring Model to predict conversion potential.
- Strategic Negotiations: Structure commercial agreements focused on performance-based or hybrid models; secure full usage rights and allow-listing access (3–6 months minimum).
2. Content Architecture & Partnership Ads
- Performance Briefs: Replace generic briefs with direct-response frameworks (Problem-Agitation-Solution) and high-converting 3-second hooks.
- Paid Amplification: Execute end-to-end Partnership Ads (Meta Ads Manager) via creator handles to enhance trust and performance.
- Creative Testing: Collaborate with internal teams to convert influencer content into multiple ad variations for a systematic testing pipeline.
- Full-Funnel Alignment: Optimize the journey from Ad → Landing Page → Lead → Clinic Visit, ensuring messaging consistency and "vibe" across the funnel.
3. Data, Attribution & Scaling
- Advanced Tracking: Build a measurement system using GA, Mixpanel, and HubSpot to track offline attribution.
- Visualizing Performance: Develop Google Looker Studio dashboards to benchmark cohorts and identify funnel drop-offs.
- The "10% Rule" Audit: Conduct weekly audits to identify high-performing "Success Personas" and replicate them across future selections.
- Experimentation: Run structured A/B tests on hooks, formats (UGC, testimonials), and audience segments.
Technical Skill Set & Tools
- Ad-Tech: Deep hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager (specifically Partnership Ads/Whitelisting) and Google Ads (YouTube/Display).
- Influencer Tools: Proficiency in HypeAuditor, Modash, Aspire, or CreatorIQ.
- Analytics: Strong grasp of Google Analytics, CRM tagging (HubSpot), and UTM frameworks.
- Storytelling: Ability to architect high-converting content hooks without losing creator authenticity.
Candidate DNA & Qualifications
- Experience: 5–7 years in Performance Marketing, Growth, or Influencer Marketing with a proven ROI track record.
- Industry Focus: Experience in high-intent categories like Healthcare, Wellness, or Ayurveda is preferred.
- The Mindset: You must be a Logical Skeptic who prioritizes behavioral signals over likes and thinks in terms of Revenue per Lead rather than impressions.
Note: This is a performance role with direct revenue accountability, not a PR or branding position.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
