We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented professionals to drive Home Loan business through telecalling, lead generation, customer follow-ups, and coordination with the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers from the assigned database.
- Understand customer Home Loan requirements and generate qualified leads.
- Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Follow up with customers for document collection and loan processing.
- Track customer cases from lead generation through loan login and submission.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/LMS systems.
- Generate customer references and referrals.
- Coordinate closely with Sales Officers to maximize lead conversion.
- Adhere to quality standards, productivity targets, and process guidelines.
Performance Metrics
- 9 hours of daily login.
- Minimum 3.5 hours of talk time per day.
- Weekly quality and performance reviews.
- Compliance with TAT (Turnaround Time) and operational processes.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Telecalling and customer handling expertise.
- Sales and persuasion skills.
- Lead generation and follow-up management.
- Relationship management and objection handling.
- Basic CRM/LMS knowledge.
- Basic computer proficiency.
