We are hiring a Sourcing Manager – Real Estate for our Pune location. If you have at least 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing and are looking for an opportunity to work remotely while collaborating with our Mohali office, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
- Source and generate leads for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure quality lead conversion.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain sourcing records and provide regular reports.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sourcing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of the Pune real estate market is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
