We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to join Assert Tech on a Part-Time / Full-Time basis. Candidates with 0–3 years of experience, including freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing, are welcome to apply.
The candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business, take inputs, create engaging content, and manage their LinkedIn company pages. The role focuses on building a strong LinkedIn presence and improving reach, engagement, follower growth, and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain client LinkedIn pages.
- Communicate with clients and understand their business and content requirements.
- Create engaging LinkedIn posts based on client inputs and industry trends.
- Research relevant topics, competitors, and trends to generate content ideas.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar and publish content consistently.
- Use relevant hashtags, keywords, and content formats to improve organic reach.
- Monitor impressions, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Analyze content performance and suggest improvements.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT for content ideas, research, writing, and optimization.
- Coordinate with clients for content approvals and revisions.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, Content Marketing, or a related field.
- Freshers with good communication and writing skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interest in LinkedIn and social media marketing.
- Creative thinking and good content-writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
- Good communication and client-handling skills.
