Job Role & Responsibilities
Role: Manager Paint Shop
Responsibilities:
-
Planning and executing daily production plan.
-
Monitoring of daily production activities.
-
Monitoring daily quality issues of paint shop.
-
Immediate corrective action & sustenance plan for the same.
-
Daily follow up with NAPL, paint supplier, PPC team etc. to ensure no loss in assembly.
-
Ensuring fulfilment of - required output from cell members, kaizens from cell members, self-initiative kaizens etc.

TPM presentation.
-
Monitoring consumption of paint, decals, power, fuel & consumable items.

Competency Requirements
Technical/ Functional:
-
In-depth knowledge of paints/ various painting processes (ED, Powder Coating etc.).
-
Should have good knowledge of paint quality issues & have ability to resolve those issues independently.
-
Should have exposure to work in cross functional team activities.
-
Possess good communication & computer skills.
-
Should have innovative approach for doing improvements related to painting quality improvements.
-
Should be achievement oriented and possess leadership qualities.
-
Knowledge of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 systems is essential.

TPM awareness.
