About the Internship
Particle14 Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern who is eager to learn sales, client acquisition, lead generation, and business growth strategies. The intern will work closely with the Business Development and Management team to identify new business opportunities, communicate with potential clients, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, social media, email campaigns, and other platforms.
- Identify potential clients for IT services, software development, mobile app development, AI solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation projects.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Reach out to prospects via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales executives.
- Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up with leads and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in achieving monthly sales and business development targets.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Generate reports on lead conversion and sales activities.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing concepts.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media marketing, and lead generation tools.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of IT services, software development, AI, Cloud, or Digital Marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools.
- Knowledge of B2B sales processes.
- Basic knowledge of proposal writing and client handling.

- MBA, BBA, B.Com, BCA, MCA, Engineering, or any Graduate/Undergraduate student.
