Job Overview:
We are looking for a Data Analyst to support warehouse operations through data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Power BI and Advanced Excel and capable of preparing accurate, actionable reports for internal and third-party warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse reports covering inventory, order processing, productivity, and operational performance.

Power BI & Dashboarding: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide clear visibility into warehouse KPIs and support data-driven decision-making.

Advanced Excel Analysis: Use Advanced Excel for data analysis, MIS preparation, reconciliations, and identifying operational trends and gaps.

3PL Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and review third-party warehouse reports, validate data, and coordinate with 3PL teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely reporting.

Performance Insights: Analyze warehouse data, identify inefficiencies, and share actionable insights with the Warehouse and Management teams to improve operational performance.
Key Skills

Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, MIS, or Warehouse Operations.

Proficiency in Power BI and Advanced Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in warehouse or 3PL reporting preferred.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to manage large datasets and deliver accurate reports within deadlines.
