Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic TGT Mathematics Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality math education to middle and secondary classes, ensuring strong conceptual clarity and engaging classroom delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Mathematics to middle & secondary classes as per school curriculum and academic guidelines.
- Prepare structured lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials.
- Conduct periodic assessments, class tests, and evaluations.
- Provide personalized attention and doubt-clearing sessions to students.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create an encouraging learning atmosphere.
- Track and report student progress to parents and academic coordinators.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.
- Integrate technology into teaching (Smart Boards, Digital Content, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: Master’s/ Graduate Degree in Math with B.Ed.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the Middle & Senior Secondary (CBSE) level.
- Strong command over the subject and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in using smart classroom tools, simulations, and technology-integrated teaching methods.
- Ability to prepare students for Olympiads and competitive exams.
