We are looking for a result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive who takes full ownership of recruitment, operations, vendor coordination, and presentations.
This role is for someone who doesn’t wait for instructions—but creates systems, drives execution, and delivers outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- End-to-end hiring (sourcing to onboarding)
- Job posting on Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn
- Screening, scheduling, and conducting HR rounds
- Building a consistent pipeline of quality candidates
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and documentation
- Smooth onboarding & employee lifecycle management
- Ensure discipline and process adherence in the office
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Handle negotiations and ensure timely deliverables
- Maintain professional vendor relationships
Presentation & Reporting
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations for management
- Share hiring reports, HR analytics, and operational updates
- Assist leadership in decision-making with structured data
Team & Office Coordination
- Act as a bridge between teams and management
- Ensure daily task execution across departments
- Improve coordination, accountability, and productivity
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate (HR preferred)
- 1–3 years experience in HR / Operations
- Strong skills in MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent communication & coordination ability
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong ownership mindset
