Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual for the position of Manager - Training. This role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge within the organization. The Manager - Training will work closely with various departments to identify training needs and create customized training solutions that align with the company's objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
- Develop training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Conduct training sessions for employees across different levels and departments.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary.
- Collaborate with management to align training initiatives with company goals.
- Maintain training records and prepare reports on training outcomes and employee performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
