- Plan, coordinate, and supervise Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
- Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Monitor installation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications are met.
- Track project progress and ensure MEP activities are completed within schedule and budget.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, clashes, and construction-related challenges.
- Supervise testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, statutory requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare progress reports, inspection records, and project documentation.
- Manage contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Support cost estimation, quantity verification, and resource planning for MEP works.
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations.
- Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and performance of MEP systems after installation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
