Job Title: Soft Skills Trainer

Role Purpose
The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning interventions to interns and fresh graduates, enabling them to transition effectively into the corporate environment. The role focuses on building essential workplace competencies, enhancing employability skills, and supporting the overall learning journey of early-career talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs on professional and behavioral skills for interns and fresher’s.
- Facilitate interactive classroom and virtual learning experiences.
- Develop training content, activities, and assessments.
- Evaluate participant progress through assessments, observations, assignments, and feedback mechanisms and maintain training records.
- Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires when required.
- Continuously update training content to reflect current industry expectations and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2-4 years of experience in soft skills training, teaching, facilitation, or corporate readiness programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Experience working with interns, fresh graduates, or early-career professionals is preferred.
