HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT
As an Accounting Associate, you will play an important role in maintaining the organization's financial integrity through accurate accounting, timely transaction processing, and compliance with statutory and financial requirements. You will support day-to-day accounting operations across accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, payroll support, and tax compliance while ensuring financial records remain complete and accurate.
Reporting to the Finance leadership team, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Business Development, vendors, banks, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient financial operations, timely payments, accurate billing, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Manage the full accounts payable process, including vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, documentation review, approvals, and accurate accounting within Tally.

Maintain accounts receivable activities by recording customer receipts, issuing tax invoices, reconciling outstanding balances, and resolving payment discrepancies.

Perform daily banking activities, including bank reconciliations, payment processing, vendor payments, payroll support, and treasury-related transactions.

Support statutory compliance by assisting with GST, TDS, annual returns, audits, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.

Prepare and maintain accurate accounting records, general ledger entries, and month-end financial reconciliations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, and external agencies to resolve accounting inquiries and improve financial processes.

Administer petty cash, expense reporting, and supporting documentation while maintaining financial controls.

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance financial accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience
-
Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience.

Experience supporting accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, and statutory compliance.

Experience working in a corporate finance or accounting environment.
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related discipline preferred.

Final compensation and benefits will be confirmed at the time of offer and may vary based on factors such as internal equity, relevant experience, qualifications, and employment status. Please note that salary negotiations will not extend beyond the top of the internal salary range.
