Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the company. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling office administration, employee records, company assets, bank-related activities, vendor coordination, and general office support while ensuring smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office administration activities.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and personal files.
- Handle joining and exit formalities of employees.
- Maintain company asset register and track asset issue/return (Inward & Outward).
- Coordinate with employees for laptops, desktops, ID cards, access cards, and other company assets.
- Handle bank-related work such as cheque deposits, document submission, account-related activities, and other official banking tasks.
- Purchase office stationery, pantry items, and other office requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
- Maintain office inventory and stock records.
- Arrange courier dispatches and maintain inward/outward registers.
- Support HR and Accounts departments with administrative activities.
- Ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Prepare reports and maintain administrative documentation.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of office documentation and banking procedures.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Office Administration or a similar role.
- Experience in handling office assets and employee records will be preferred.
Mandatory Requirements
- Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
- Must possess a valid Four-Wheeler Driving License.
- Willingness to travel locally for bank work, government office visits, courier activities, and other official tasks.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
