- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently.
- Verify guest reservations, identification, and payment details.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails and guest inquiries promptly.
- Handle room bookings, modifications, cancellations, and special requests.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, local attractions, and transportation.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain accurate guest records and process payments using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and security procedures.
- Prepare daily reports and maintain front office documentation.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
