The Client Servicing Intern supports the client services team in managing client relationships, coordinating project execution, and ensuring timely delivery of services. This role provides exposure to client communication, account management, project coordination, and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients via email, phone, and meetings.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare meeting agendas, MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), presentations, and status reports.
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Support the team in understanding client requirements and documenting briefs.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and client-facing documents.
- Monitor project progress and escalate potential delays or issues.
- Maintain client records, databases, and communication logs.
- Conduct market and competitor research as required.
- Support client satisfaction initiatives and feedback collection.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
