We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, providing information about services, handling inquiries, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain services, and offers clearly and professionally.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer records.
- Schedule appointments or meetings when required.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.
- Record call details and update databases accurately.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Strong listening and persuasion skills.
- Prior telecalling or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.

- Fluent verbal communication.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
