MOMOME is looking for a Tele Sales cum Admin Executive to manage customer leads, coordinate sales activities, and support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be confident in handling customer interactions, and possess strong organizational and documentation abilities.
Key ResponsibilitiesTele Sales & Lead Management
- Handle and follow up on online and offline leads.
- Contact distributors, retailers, restaurants, cafés, eateries, and other business customers.
- Understand customer requirements and present MOMOME products effectively.
- Qualify and validate business leads.
- Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calling and regular follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the field sales team to ensure timely lead conversion.
- Support the onboarding process for new distributors and business partners.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Administration & Coordination
- Maintain customer, distributor, and sales records accurately.
- Update and manage data using CRM, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Prepare quotations, invoices, reports, and other business documents.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
- Maintain office records and administrative documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth business operations.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Sales Coordination, Administration, Customer Support, FMCG, Food Distribution, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, MS Office, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
