1) In-depth Product Knowledge about Food Products - specific to Traditional and Conservative Foods prevalent across regions India
2) Hands-on experience in managing natural & cultural foods within retail environment
3) Should be able to identify / source various vendors with regional specific and align with the organisation's objective of providing Satvic Food of highest quality
4) Enroll Suppliers complying with the Organisation's expectations and standards and evaluate their performance
5) Knowledge and application of Food Standards and Safety measures applicable
6) Continuous Evaluation of product ranges and perform consumer research
7) Should be able to maintain and comply with merchandising standards & creative in display in coordination with the Sales Team
8) Close interaction with Warehouse and manage supply chain of Food Items and ensure timely availability at counters across
9) Pricing strategy and Data analytics
10) Provide training to Team on product knowledge and its category
