Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Drive B2B sales by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
- Guide the team in identifying business opportunities and closing high-value deals.
- Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching to improve productivity.
- Meet clients through field visits to understand their business requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
- Handle negotiations, objection handling, and deal closures effectively.
- Ensure timely reporting, pipeline management, and CRM updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Sales, with at least 1 year of team handling experience.
- Experience in B2B Sales is mandatory; exposure to B2C Sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and client relationship management abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
