We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and hardworking Office Executive to handle both Sales and Accounts operations. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and be comfortable working with office software.
ResponsibilitiesAccounts
- Daily Ledger & Accounts Entry
- Purchase & Sales Voucher Entry
- Payment & Receipt Entry
- Stock Maintenance & Inventory Records
- GST Return Preparation & Filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B & Annual GST Return)
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation
Sales
- Phone Sales & Counter Sales
- Attend customer enquiries professionally
- Sales Order Entry & Billing
- Material Dispatch Coordination
- Follow-up with customers over phone
- Stock Management & Sales Assistance
Requirements
- Graduate (B.Com preferred)
- Knowledge of Tally/Busy or similar accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
- Basic understanding of GST
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Honest, disciplined, and willing to learn
