- Identify and develop new international business opportunities.
- Communicate with overseas clients through email, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Generate inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Handle export documentation and coordinate shipments.
- Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales reports.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and international customers.
- Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and online B2B portals.
- Follow up on payments and customer requirements.
- Research international markets and competitor activities.
