Job Summary
The Chartered Accountant is responsible for managing the organization's financial accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, auditing, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and finalize financial statements.
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, and other statutory regulations.
- File GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns within deadlines.
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and tax auditors.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital.
- Handle budgeting and forecasting.
- Verify payroll accounting and statutory deductions.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reconciliation of bank, vendor, and customer accounts.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Support management in financial planning and business decisions.
- Develop and implement internal financial controls.
- Liaise with banks, government authorities, and consultants.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) – Qualified.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience (depending on the role).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, and accounting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP software (Tally, SAP, Oracle, etc.).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
