SAP FICO + CFIN (Central Finance) Consultant

Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO + Central Finance (CFIN) Consultant with strong functional expertise in Financial Accounting and Controlling, along with hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementations. The role involves designing, implementing, and supporting financial processes while enabling real‑time financial reporting through Central Finance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support SAP FICO and Central Finance (CFIN) implementations on SAP S/4HANA.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP FICO and CFIN solutions.
- Configure and support core FI processes:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Asset Accounting (AA)
- Bank Accounting
- Configure Controlling (CO) modules:
- Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
- Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing (basic exposure)
- Design and implement Central Finance architecture, including:
- Source system integration (ECC / Non‑SAP)
- SLT replication
- Real‑time financial postings
- Work on financial harmonization, chart of accounts mapping, and document splitting.
- Support period‑end closing, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with technical teams on SLT, AIF, and data replication issues.
- Provide UAT support, production support, and issue resolution.
- Prepare functional specifications and relevant documentation.
- CFIN‑Specific Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage SAP Central Finance scenarios.
- Handle FI document replication, error handling, and AIF monitoring.
- Support Finance data reconciliation and validation.
- Assist in S/4HANA finance landscape transformation and migration programs.
- Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong hands‑on experience in SAP FICO.
- Proven experience in SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
E-invoice experience & knowledge is must.
- At least one end‑to‑end S/4HANA or CFIN implementation.
- Good understanding of Finance business processes.
- Experience with SLT, AIF, and financial data replication.
- Strong integration knowledge with MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred / Nice‑to‑Have Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance Migration
- Knowledge of Group Reporting / Universal Journal
- Exposure to SAP Fiori Finance Apps
- SAP FICO / S/4HANA Finance Certification
- Experience in multi‑system or global rollouts
Pay: ₹118,720.44 - ₹148,224.99 per month
