Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Assistant Manager – Human Resources to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the organization in building a positive, compliant and employee-focused workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including joining, onboarding, employee documentation and exit formalities.
- Handle recruitment and selection across various functions and locations.
- Coordinate attendance, leave management and payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Maintain employee records, HR MIS and personnel documentation.
- Support performance management, appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee queries, grievances and workplace concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements, including PF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishments and POSH.
- Support implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attrition, absenteeism and retention and assist in implementing corrective measures.
- Coordinate with Centre/Department Managers and management on HR-related matters.
- Conduct HR inductions, employee meetings and engagement activities.
- Prepare regular HR reports, dashboards and MIS for management review.
- Assist in disciplinary matters, warning letters, show-cause notices and other employee-related documentation.
- Support HR initiatives focused on employee experience, culture and retention.
Required Skills & Experience
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll coordination and employee relations.
- Working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Good command of MS Excel and HR MIS.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities.
- Experience in hospitality, healthcare, senior living, facility management or service industry will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
