About the Role
We are looking for an experienced GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) Consultant & Freelance Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training while also bringing hands-on consulting experience in GRC implementations and support projects.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about teaching, possess strong domain expertise, and be capable of conducting online or offline training sessions for students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver GRC training sessions for students and corporate professionals.
- Provide practical demonstrations, case studies, and real-time project insights.
- Design and update training materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide learners on implementation concepts, compliance management, risk analysis, and access controls.
- Support learners with interview preparation and career guidance.
- Conduct doubt-solving sessions and evaluate student progress.
- Share industry best practices and latest GRC trends.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP GRC modules and processes.
- Experience in Access Control, Risk Analysis, User Access Management, and Compliance Management.
- Hands-on implementation, support, or consulting experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Training experience will be an added advantage.
Eligibility
✅ Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a GRC Consultant.
✅ Experience in delivering training sessions preferred.
✅ Strong understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance processes.
✅ Ability to conduct weekday or weekend batches.
