About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Jewellery Sales Executive with a strong background in gold, diamond, silver, bridal, and luxury jewellery sales. The ideal candidate should deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and build long-term customer relationships while representing DAR Jewellery's premium brand.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting gold, diamond, silver, antique, temple, and bridal jewellery.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Explain product quality, BIS Hallmark, diamond certification, pricing, and making charges.
- Handle billing coordination and customer follow-up.
- Maintain showroom display standards.
- Cross-sell and upsell jewellery collections.
- Support festive promotions and special sales events.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–8 years of jewellery showroom sales experience.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of gold, diamond, silver, and bridal jewellery.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work on weekends and festival seasons.
Preferred
- Experience with leading jewellery brands.
- Knowledge of CRM software and retail billing systems.
- Multi-language communication (Tamil, English, Kannada, Malayalam, Telugu, or Hindi) is an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
