Role & responsibilities
- Marketing Technology Ownership: Architect, integrate, and manage the entire MarTech stack. You will connect tools, automate workflows, and build the infrastructure required to scale our acquisition efforts.
- Full Funnel Media Execution: Run high budget campaigns across major platforms. You will move beyond surface level metrics to optimize for true business impact and customer retention.
- Web Operations & CRO: Lead landing page development and conversion rate optimization. You must possess the web development knowledge necessary to handle tracking pixels, server side integrations, and structural web changes independently.
- Strategic Alignment: Translate brand identity into technical campaigns. You will ensure that highly automated, data driven campaigns still retain strong human appeal and sound marketing psychology.
- Proactive Growth Engineering: Identify drop offs in the customer journey and independently build automated solutions to capture lost revenue before management flags the issue.
Preferred candidate profile
- Highly Experienced: Brings years of hands on experience adapting growth strategies to specific market conditions, not just running generic playbooks.
- Tech Native: Deeply comfortable with web development fundamentals, complex analytics setups, APIs, and automation software.
- Core Marketer: Understands consumer behavior, positioning, and creative strategy just as well as conversion numbers.
- Autonomous Driver: Does not wait for a daily checklist. They arrive with a thesis, the technical ability to build it, and the data to prove its impact.
Disqualifying Traits Lacks the technical skills to implement tracking or troubleshoot web infrastructure. Views performance marketing purely as adjusting platform bids while ignoring creative and the overall customer experience. Requires top down instruction to identify the next growth opportunity.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
