Location: Kothanur, Hennur Bagalur Main Road
Qualification & Experience
- M.Com (Master of Commerce)
- Minimum 1 yr of teaching experience in (Commerce subjects)
- NET/Ph.D. preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Commerce subjects at PU and Degree (B.Com/BBA) level.
- Prepare lesson plans, academic schedules, and teaching materials.
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, seminars, and assessments.
- Guide students in projects, assignments, and academic performance.
- Maintain student discipline, attendance, and academic records.
- Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvements.
- Support in organizing workshops, seminars, and co-curricular activities.
- Participate in departmental meetings and institutional development activities.
- Ensure adherence to university/board guidelines and examination standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong subject knowledge in Commerce (Accounting, Finance, Business Studies, Economics, etc.)
- Effective communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Ability to adapt innovative teaching methods.
- Team-oriented with administrative and academic collaboration skills.
Location: Ebenezer Group of Institutions, Kothanur, Bangalore 77
Salary: Rs 20,000 – Rs30,000 per month
