Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Life & Health Insurance Manager to lead insurance sales operations, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in the life and health insurance segment. The candidate should possess strong communication, team handling, and business development skills with a deep understanding of insurance products and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow life & health insurance business
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Generate leads through referrals, networking, and digital channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Guide clients on suitable insurance plans based on their financial and healthcare needs
- Handle policy renewals, claims coordination, and customer support
- Recruit, train, and manage insurance advisors/agents
- Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
- Maintain compliance with insurance regulations and company policies
- Prepare sales reports and business performance updates
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Experience in life and health insurance sales/management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of insurance products, claims, and underwriting processes
- Ability to manage teams and achieve sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
