Job Description for Special Educator
The Special Educator is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing individualized educational and developmental programs for children with special needs. The role involves supporting children with intellectual, developmental, learning, behavioral, sensory, or physical disabilities to achieve maximum independence, academic progress, and social integration.

Responsibilities
Educational Assessment & Planning
- Conduct educational and functional assessments of children with special needs.
- Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEP) based on the child’s abilities and goals.
- Identify learning difficulties and recommend suitable intervention strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Special Education (B.Ed. Special Education / M.Ed. Special Education)
- RCI (Rehabilitation Council of India) Registration preferred/mandatory as per role requirement
- Certification in relevant disability specialization preferred
- Monitor and document student progress regularly.Therapy & Educational Support
- Implement special education programs and remedial teaching methods.
- Provide individualized and group-based learning sessions.
- Use adaptive teaching aids, sensory materials, and assistive devices where required.
- Support cognitive, communication, behavioral, and social skill development.
Classroom & Behaviour Management
- Maintain a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Encourage participation, independence, and confidence among students.
Required Qualifications

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
